Edith - the remarkable debut
E.P - packs a punch straight through the stomach of Weezer and rips the
spine out of Queens Of The Stone Age. The three hammerhead tracks are
honey and gravel; chorus and confusion; supine melody and incessant
distorted six string absolution.
Edith is released in March on
Engine Records, the label run by chart topping legend Andy McCluskey of
O.M.D. Trilby hit the road during
March and April 2002 with a full UK tour alongside The
Relatives, snarling their sweet way further into the consciousness of
the complacent.

Trilby split in 2003. |
