Combining catchy choruses
with an edge of glamour, glitz and a rock'n'roll attitude, Remote
Control were quickly likened to Rachel Stamp
when they first hit the music scene in 1997. Since then the Control guys
have carved their own niche as a more experimental glamour punk-pop
backed by utterly beautiful songwriting. The
debut album Evil Rats On No Star Live is a wonderful aural assault
delivered with almost clinical precision in a variety of styles from
punky Rock'n'Roll energy to semi-electronica moods.
Remote Control have toured with AntiProduct
and Janus Stark
Remote Control decided to call it quits in 2002.
